Garage Door Openers/Remotes The safety and security of your home and the people, pets, and belongings in it is important to you. It's important to us as well. A slow, faulty or poorly functioning garage door poses a risk to your safety and can allow unwanted access into your home. Broken garage door springs and misaligned residential garage doors, among other mishaps, can cause your residential garage door opener to fail. Choosing the right garage door opener can make all the difference in the operability of your garage door. By choosing an opener with the right level of power, lift, and speed, you may finally experience the convenience and ease of use you always wanted in your garage door. Modern safety features such as auto reverse to prevent crushing of pets, children, and other vehicles provide additional peace of mind. Some sophisticated garage door systems have keypads that can be installed outside the garage door and used when the remote loses battery power or to provide keyless access to kids or neighbors. At Madden Door, we provide high-quality installation and repair service for all garage doors – even if they weren't originally installed by Madden. We want to ensure that your garage door opener is functioning at its best so that you have the peace of mind of knowing that your garage door will open and close when you want it to, to keep your family safe and allow you convenient access to and from your home. We install and service garage door openers of most brands, including Craftsman, Genie, and Liftmaster, and types, including - Screw drive – used to be the most popular, now these have limited function capacity
- Belt drive – often considered the quietest residential garage door opener, great for condos or tighter spaces
- Chain drive – the most durable residential garage door opener, best for heavy doors
- Direct drive – a wall mount (not overhead) and ideal for unusually high or low ceilings
